Fully colored: $10-$15, depending on how detailed you want the coloring to be.
And if you want a specific style [cel-shading, airbrush shading, wtfever] please tell me. It 'll make it easier to come to a conclusion on the price. D8
Any additional characters will be $1 per character.
Backgrounds are $2 extra [I'm talking about full-blown landscape backgrounds. If you just want a simple one, describe it and I'll do it for free.]
